Yes, the babies of the white Pekin duck are little yellow fluffballs just like in the cartoons.

Dr. Duck, I am embarrassed to admit it but I'm hopelessly lost! I got sidetracked by a particularly juicy reed and the flock took off without me. I've been searching for them for weeks. Can you help?
Northern California isn't a bad place to spend the summer. I'd suggest that you find yourself a nice pond somewhere and then look for the flock flying south this fall. Give yourself a break -- you deserve it!!
